This is used to formalize the assignment of intellectual property rights by consultants, contractors, and other persons to the College.
Disclosure Form
This form is used to describe in full detail the work or invention, and serves as a tool to determine IP ownership, evaluate whether the invention or work is potentially registrable for IP protection, and to assess commercial prospects.

The purpose of Non-Disclosure Form is to have an express agreement to keep confidential information among the parties under certain conditions.
Student Work Assignment Agreement (Downloadable)
The purpose of Assignment Form is to have an express permission of assignment of IP rights.
Student Work Assignment Agreement Form
This is used to formalize the assignment of intellectual property rights by a student to the College.
Voluntary Participation and Release Form
This form should be accomplished by a student who voluntarily participates in institutional projects or collaborative work, where such student may be contributing IP.
